OUR STORY
A former Canadian Salon chain since 1990, we became snow birds and fell in love with Florida and Palm Beach. We began servicing Palm Beach's vibrant community in 2017, and offer year round with attention to detail and a love for exceptional Guest service. For the last three years in a row we have been honored to receive the Palm Beach Salon of the Year Award, and were so thankful and proud for the community support through the COVID-19 pandemic that has allowed us to continue to receive the award during 2020 & 2021.

Formerly on Hibiscus Ave we are so happy in our central location at The Esplanade on Worth Avenue. Our upscale salon is now directly on the iconic Worth Avenue allows us to accommodate appointments with the highest level of service, privacy if required, as well as offer valet parking and personal concierge services with some of the island's premiere hotels. Woody Michleb
Woody has been designing hair for 35 years, and is an industry icon. As the Global Creative Director for some of the largest beauty brands including Elizabeth Arden, Red Door Spa, Biosilk & CHI. He has travelled the world performing, teaching and trend setting for over 2 decades.
In sunny South Florida, he has Guests that travel from around the world to visit him, or bring him to them, including many that reside part of the year or visit Palm Beach during winter months. He has styled the hair of celebrities too numerous to mention, and can offer privacy and discretion for many Guests in his salon in The Esplanade! From A & B listers, to top designers and iconic models, US Ambassadors and elite Philanthropists, he is one of the most popular hair designers with Royalty, and international elite business men and women. He also is the choice of stylist for many of the country's top Beauty bloggers and Editors with thousands of magazine publications & TV appearances over his career.
During Fashion Weeks around the world he leads the hair and makeup teams for 200+ designer shows anually, in turn they coiff over 1000 models per Fashion week event. His close relationship to the designers has him style for the designers Look Books as well as many Resort & Bridal collections. He has worked with Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, Nanette Lepore, Vivienne Tam, Missoni, Escada, Marchesa, Michael Costello, Nicole Miller, Angel Sanchez, and hundreds more. He also is one of the go-to creative collaborators for the Project Runway Alumni, working with over 15 of the franchise-show's designers after they competed on the show.
During his career Woody has won many awards including a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Organization Monidal Coiffure (OMC), he is a Board Member for Intercoiffure – an organization for the Elite salon owners in the industry – and has won titles such as North American Hairstylist of the Year, Colorist of the Year, America’s Open Cup Champion and Salon Interior Design of the Year.

His salon has been given the "Palm Beach Salon" Award for 3 consecutive years, putting him and his team on the map as the best of the best.
Amy Michleb
Amy has a career of many faces. After becoming paralyzed from an auto immune disorder, Guillian Barre Syndrome, in 2016 and took time out from behind the chair to refocus her future and work on supporting her family businesses and improving her health.
She has supported numerous brands as an Education Director or Education Consultant overseeing field education, the creation of new courses and class formats, national and international training, online certifications and professional support, product development and innovation development, as well as quick guides, training manuals and techniques. Working for companies such as Elizabeth Arden, CHI, Wella, L’Oreal and more.
At such a young age she is very active in the hair world. She leads hundreds of Fashion designer shows annually, creating hair and makeup trends for runways as well as look books and editorial photo shoots. She has worked on the sets of major manufacturer photo shoots, creating and designing their marketing campaigns, market positioning and collection styles, as well as coordinating and executing their photo shoots and events. She sat on the new members committee and led the Cutting Council for the prestigious organization; Intercoiffure America Canada, hosted Season 1 of Global Beauty Masters on Discovery TV Network, and she placed a competitive 5th place on Bravo’s Reality TV series Shear Genius.

Over the years she has graced the stages of some of the best manufacturers, including Farouk Systems & Wella Professionals, headlining main stages at Beauty events along with her husband Woody Michleb earning them the title of North Americas Top 10 Platform Artists. Her seminars and classes are a must see in education and inspiration for all levels of stylist and her love for the industry shines through while she is teaching.
Amy’s editorial work has been published in hundreds of magazines worldwide, from her Hairdressing, to her Make Up, Fashion Styling and Co-ordination, she can claim numerous front covers and spreads. As a platform artist, competitor and educator she has performed in hair presentations across the globe for audiences from 10 people all the way up to 5000!
