We are accessible from the Esplanade parking, Guests can use the Valet service for 2 hours complimentary with an in-salon validation.

Our location is on a second floor level with an elevator and a ramp access to the elevator on the West end of the Esplanade building by Saks 5th Avenue, or from the elevator by the valet parking facilities on the East end of the building.


Our location allows us to accommodate private appointments if required for VIP visitors and Celebrities. Enter discreetly through a covered entrance, we can arrange a visitation schedule that allows privacy and relaxation during any salon visit. Personal assistants can communicate with our hosting team to work out specific details for their clients while they are in town. We can also coordinate with personal security teams to ensure seamless visits.


Less than 48 hours notice for any cancelations is subject to a cancelation fee.

Please check in on time for reservation to assist us in staying on time for all our Guests, please be prepared to wait outside the salon if you are early, or if your stylist is still busy with another Guest.

Usually Gratuity of 20% is included in group bookings of 4 or more.

Return Policy: We hope to surpass all your expectations with your visit. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service we request you contact the salon and return to visit the service technician within 14 days so as to allow us to best service you and rectify any of your concerns. If a refund is due for any reason, we will process it with you in person based on the consultation between you and your stylist. For products, we will exchange no questions asked, within 30 days even if you used up to half of it.


Appointment Etiquette

  • Guests must wear a mask during their visit to the salon, the mask must have ear loops so they can be worn throughout the service

  • We have masks available for purchase at the salon in limited supply, in case a Guest does not have access to these items themselves,  

  • Only one guest can attend a reservation, no additional people can accompany anyone visiting at the salon unless they have a reservation 

  • Due to social distancing guidelines there is minimal waiting area space, so please be prepared to wait outside the salon for your reservation if necessary

  • Guests must be prepared to have their temperature taken before they enter the salon, and answer health related questions pertaining to coronavirus safety,

  • We ask Guests to bring only essential items with them, such as keys, phone and a method of payment so that this minimizes the amount of personal items in the salon

Inside the salon guidelines will be as follows; 

  • All staff will be wearing face masks 

  • All surfaces are sanitized and disinfected between every Guest, including chairs, washing sinks and stations

  • Combs, scissors, brushes and other non-porous items are sanitized and disinfected between each service 

  • Robes, towels and capes are single use only before they are washed on a hot wash. Disposable Neck strips will be used where necessary.

CULTURE on the Historical Walking Tour 

Mr. Rick Rose leads a fun and informative tour on every Wednesday Dec thru April.

 Lasting approximately 75 minutes, the tour covers much of the history of Worth Avenue including architectural importance, influence on the fashion world and the development of the legendary social scene that established Palm Beach as America’s first resort destination during the gilded age and the birthplace of luxury brands.
